Social Media Community Management

The team at This^ is extremely experienced in social media management. We manage all the major social media channels for brands from a variety of sectors. We have experience managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+ (since each of them launched). We also have experience with newer channels on the scene such as Snapchat, which we love but is not right for every brand.

Each client is given a community manager for their specific social media account management. This team member works closely with your team to gain a deep understanding of your brand, industry, competitors, and key insights. We also set the channel management administrator balance with each brand in their own unique way. Some brands prefer our team to manage all their accounts and report the analysis with key recommendations once a month. Other clients prefer us to start their channels for the first few months while training and transitioning them to a full handover. The most common approach is a blend of a company’s social media staff member working with our team to manage the social community for the brand.

Content Calendars

We create a content calendar as part of the overall digital presence, however, if we are only focusing on social media, the content calendar is adjusted to only focus on social channels.

Social Media Audits

We also perform social media audits for some clients when we take over their channels. This is a good basis to create a social media strategy and always provides invaluable insights for the future community management of their channels. Our social media audits include local competitors as well as national and international industry comparisons in order to gain the best strategy possible for our clients.

Social Media Guidelines & Governance

The team at This^ is also very experienced in developing Social Media Guidelines and Governance documents for clients. These are extremely important for any company that is medium sized or larger. Each staff member with access to social media channels is required to read the guidelines, sign their understanding and follow them.
