We use an industry leading platform that allows our clients to monitor the status of each task we are managing for them, in real time. We also create Gantt charts for larger projects we manage. We have daily/bi-weekly or weekly project meetings with our internal project team and your team lead. Communication is such an integral part of effective project management.

Our online PM platform allows for all project communications to be in one place which is very important if any of your team members level of inclusion in the project increases or decreases over time. If a senior team member only wants to be able to check in, they can log-on and do that, however the project lead can stay up to date in real time by monitoring the online project system.
